Many People Involved

Members

The work of the IEF is supported by members representing our parishes.  Each congregation of the Diocese may appoint as many members as it has delegates to the annual diocesan convention, with a minimum of two members and a maximum of 10 members. (Please consult the last page of the Annual Report for a current list of IEF members.)  Members elect the Board of Directors, and serve on foundation committees. The Executive Committee acts as necessary between regular meetings of the Board.

To become a member, contact your Rector or Senior Warden. For additional information email the IEF Executive Director, or call (208) 860-9494.

  • Grants Committee: Develops grant solicitation and review process. Makes recommendations for funding to the IEF Board of Directors. Monitors grantee’s use of funds.
  • Communication Committee: Prepares and disseminates information on foundation activities, and organizes recognition of donors. Organized Vestry and church presentations.
